Job Title: Clinical Capability Manager – PBM Alert Operations.
Location: Remote (Minneapolis, MN time zone preferred).
Employment Type: Contract (W2 through ZipStaff — No C2C or 1099).

About the Opportunity:

ZipStaff is seeking a Capability Manager for clinical-alert content operations at a major pharmacy-benefit and healthcare organization.

You will organize the clinical alert library: how alert logic packages are used across programs, clients, populations, and workflows. This is a process, reporting, and governance seat—not a software-development role.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the lifecycle of clinical alert logic packages: intake, prioritization, documentation, maintenance tracking, deployment readiness, and operational monitoring.
Map how specific alert packages are used across clinical programs, clients, populations, and reporting.
Build and maintain operational dashboards and recurring metrics for library governance, utilization, quality, and leadership visibility.
Partner with clinical pharmacists, program owners, analytics, technology, and operations on dependencies and issues.
Design standard work: intake tracking, process docs, role clarity, status reporting, escalation.
Support annual and ad-hoc maintenance: review schedules, progress tracking, business inputs, documented outcomes.
Analyze utilization, maintenance activity, issue trends, and performance for root cause and process gaps.
Coordinate QC, post-implementation validation, and issue resolution; escalate when needed.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years in healthcare operations, PBM operations, clinical program operations, capability management, or related project/process management.
3+ years in healthcare, PBM / pharmacy benefit management, clinical programs, or another regulated industry.
Experience managing complex processes, workflows, reporting packages, dashboards, or cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analysis of operational data; MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams.
Self-starter who can work through ambiguity and multiple priorities.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

Clinical or pharmacy programs, alert content, quality measures, or regulatory requirements.
Operational dashboards, scorecards, issue tracking, leadership reporting.
Process documentation, standard work, governance materials.
Matrixed work with clinical, analytics, technology, operations, compliance, privacy, legal, and product.
