Find adoption barriers and recommend how to raise use.
Coordinate the AI Champions network: meetings, toolkits, stories, and feedback.
Track enablement work and produce executive updates.
Run several enablement efforts at once.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years in enablement, change management, training, internal communications, or a related program role.
Hands-on use of Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI tools.
Learning content, presentations, and written communications you produced.
Able to translate technical points into business language and facilitate a group.
Stakeholder management and follow-through with limited direction.
Ability to work on-site in St. Louis, MO.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

A champions, super-user, or community-of-practice program you ran.
Utilities, energy, or another regulated enterprise.
Responsible-AI or acceptable-use messaging.

Benefits:

Health Insurance.
Dental Insurance.
Vision Insurance.
401(k).
401(k) matching.
Paid time off.
Referral Program.

About ZipStaff:
ZipStaff partners with leading organizations to connect skilled technology professionals with high-impact contract opportunities. We focus on quality matches, clear communication, and long-term success for candidates and clients.

To apply, submit your resume highlighting enablement or training you delivered, Copilot or another generative tool you use, and any champion or super-user community you coordinated. AI engineers with no enablement work will not be considered.
