Job Title: AI Enablement Consultant
Location: St. Louis, MO (On-site)
Employment Type: Contract (W2 through ZipStaff — No C2C or 1099)
About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is seeking an AI Enablement Consultant for the AI Center of Excellence at a major energy utility. You will raise AI literacy, run the AI Champions network, and help business teams use approved tools, especially Microsoft Copilot. This is a communication and adoption seat — not a model-building role and not a Copilot Studio developer role.
What You'll Do:
- Build and run AI literacy sessions, job aids, and adoption materials.
- Explain approved tools, responsible use, and where AI fits daily work.
- Find adoption barriers and recommend how to raise use.
- Coordinate the AI Champions network: meetings, toolkits, stories, and feedback.
- Track enablement work and produce executive updates.
- Run several enablement efforts at once.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years in enablement, change management, training, internal communications, or a related program role.
- Hands-on use of Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI tools.
- Learning content, presentations, and written communications you produced.
- Able to translate technical points into business language and facilitate a group.
- Stakeholder management and follow-through with limited direction.
- Ability to work on-site in St. Louis, MO.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A champions, super-user, or community-of-practice program you ran.
- Utilities, energy, or another regulated enterprise.
