About the Opportunity
ZipStaff is seeking a UX Strategy Lead for enterprise analytics at a global technology services firm supporting a Cleveland-based program.
You will run design-thinking workshops and turn them into Power BI dashboard experiences in Figma—then manage scope, schedule, and benefits. This is a UX lead seat, not a Power BI report builder.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead design-thinking workshops on goals, user needs, and decision-making.
- Translate insights into actionable, feasible Power BI experiences using Figma.
- Facilitate discovery and stakeholder workshops.
- Define personas, journeys, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
- Create information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and dashboard concepts.
- Keep designs inside Power BI capabilities and data constraints.
- Partner with business, data, and Power BI developers.
- Run usability reviews and iterate.
- Own project planning, schedule, scope, and change control.
- Track benefits so UX work shows business value.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years UX, product design, or design-strategy work (lead-level).
- Hands-on Figma for IA, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Experience designing Power BI (or equivalent BI) dashboard experiences—not slides only.
- Workshop facilitation with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to balance user need, business goal, and technical constraint.
- Project scope, schedule, and change management.
- Ability to work hybrid / on-site in Cleveland, OH.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Benefits realization / value tracking.
- Enterprise analytics or regulated-industry reporting.
- Usability testing of BI tools.
