About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is seeking a Transformation Architect to lead Oracle-to-AWS modernization for a global payments and remittance organization, delivered through a global technology services partner.
You will own future-state architecture for settlement reporting and document processing—assessing Oracle EBS / WebCenter / OBIEE-OAS, defining the AWS target, and driving integration and AI-enabled AP/P2P workflow design. 12+ years of enterprise architecture experience is expected. Architectural diagrams are mandatory deliverables.
What You’ll Do:
- Define future-state architecture for settlement reporting modernization.
- Assess the current Oracle WebCenter, EBS, and reporting landscape.
- Build the roadmap to move reporting and document-processing platforms to AWS.
- Identify AI-driven automation in AP/P2P and invoice-processing workflows.
- Drive architecture decisions, integration strategy, and modernization approach.
- Build business cases on operational efficiency and cost.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders on priorities.
- Provide architecture governance and transformation leadership through implementation.
- Produce clear architectural diagrams as a core work product.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years enterprise architecture and solution design.
- Hands-on architecture across Oracle EBS and the Oracle WebCenter ecosystem.
- AWS cloud architecture.
- Data/reporting modernization (OBIEE / OAS → AWS).
- Integration architecture for AP, P2P, and settlement processes.
- Experience with AI / intelligent document processing in architecture (not theory-only).
- Proven business-case and transformation-roadmap work.
- Ability to produce architectural diagrams.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Financial services, payments, settlement, or remittance platforms.
- Intelligent document processing, OCR, RPA, or GenAI.
- AWS data platforms and reporting modernization programs.
