About the Opportunity
ZipStaff is seeking a hands-on Tosca Test Automation Architect / Lead for an Oracle Fusion program delivered by a global technology services firm in Quincy.
You will design Tosca frameworks, automate Fusion/EBS processes, run quarterly-patch regression, and own CI/CD quality gates. This is a P5 lead seat—not a junior Tosca executor.
What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable Tricentis Tosca frameworks
- Build maintainable, reusable suites (page-object / module standards and reviews)
- Translate Oracle Cloud / EBS flows (Finance, SCM, HCM, EPM, CRM) into executable tests
- Validate integrations, reports, and security/roles; support patch and regression cycles
- Drive Oracle Fusion Custom UI to Redwood migration testing
- Set up and optimize CI/CD for continuous testing (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Enable parallel, headless, and scheduled runs; own dashboards and quality gates
- Champion BDD/TDD, risk-based testing, test-data strategy, and requirements-to-defect traceability
- Lead a squad of 4–6 engineers: plan, assign, mentor
- Define coverage metrics, KPIs, and RCA on failures
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in quality engineering / test automation (P5 / architect-lead level)
- Proven Tosca automation of Oracle processes (HCM, FIN, SCM, CRM, or EPM)
- Delivered 3–4 cycles of Tosca automation for Oracle quarterly patches
- Tosca certification AS1/AS2 or higher, plus enterprise Tosca use
- Oracle patch impact analysis and regression strategy
- Hands-on CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git/GitHub
- Jira and/or Azure DevOps for work and traceability
- Team lead / mentoring in Scrum or Kanban
- Ability to work on-site in Quincy, MA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Custom UI to Redwood migration
- Tosca TCD/TDS; accessibility, security, or performance basics
- API automation (Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI)
- Docker/Kubernetes for pipeline execution
