About the Opportunity
ZipStaff is seeking a Technical Product Manager II for enterprise SDKs and developer connectivity at a global professional-services and technology organization.
You will own vision, roadmap, and delivery for SDKs, APIs, developer tools, and programmatic integration workflows. This is a technically grounded PM seat—not a project coordinator and not an SDK engineer.
What You’ll Do
- Own product vision, roadmap, surface area, and lifecycle for enterprise SDKs across languages and platforms
- Partner with engineering and architecture on SDK design, API versioning, backward compatibility, and developer docs
- Define integration capabilities on REST, GraphQL, microservices, and event-driven patterns
- Build customer activation, onboarding journeys, technical playbooks, and developer enablement
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies; clear blockers; write status narratives and executive updates
- Track adoption, API utilization, activation rates, and integration completion time
Required Qualifications
- 10+ Technical Program/Project Management Experience
- 5+ years technical product management of SDKs, APIs, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS
- 5+ years working with REST, GraphQL, microservices, OAuth/SAML, and API gateways
- 3+ years cloud awareness: AWS, Azure, or GCP; CI/CD; IaC (Terraform or similar)
- Able to translate platform/infrastructure into a clean developer experience
- Strong written communication (narratives / executive updates)
- Influence without direct authority
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
- Telecom, networking, or connectivity-platform integrations
- Commerce, billing, catalog, entitlement, or multi-party service contracts
- Agile/Scrum; 6-page narrative business cases
- MBA or master’s in a technical field
