  • 7+ years of hands-on software development in cloud and distributed environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building AI/ML solutions, including exposure to GPT / Gemini / Claude models, Vertex AI, RAG, GenAI, and agentic AI workflows/orchestration.
  • Proficiency in Python and full-stack development, including API design.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Experience with vector databases supporting AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
  • Experience with major cloud AI/ML platforms (Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and automation.
  • Proven DevOps and CI/CD experience.
  • Experience operating in a regulated enterprise environment (architecture, security, privacy, audit, governance).
  • Excellent communication skills; able to engage business leaders and translate requirements into technical plans.
  • Strong program management skills across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
  • Experience building low-code/no-code AI solutions (Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate, Claude Skills).
  • Experience designing a semantic context layer using vector databases and/or knowledge graphs.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI/data governance and responsible AI frameworks.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders.
