Job Title: Senior Scrum Master (Healthcare Software Delivery).

About the Opportunity:

ZipStaff is seeking a Senior Scrum Master for a software engineering team at a leading healthcare analytics and payment-integrity organization based in the greater Philadelphia area.

This is not a ceremony-only Scrum Master. You will protect the team, connect delivery to product vision, and run high-impact sprints in a regulated healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Scrum for a software engineering team delivering healthcare solutions.
Facilitate planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives with discipline.
Remove impediments and shield the team from disruption.
Bridge product vision and technical delivery.
Drive sprint efficiency, predictability, and continuous improvement.
Operate in a complex healthcare domain.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years as a Scrum Master on software engineering teams.
Current Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
Experience facilitating high-impact sprints—not admin-only Jira hygiene.
Strong stakeholder and product-partner communication.
Ability to work remotely in support of the Blue Bell, PA organization.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

Healthcare, payment integrity, or other regulated-industry delivery.
SAFe or multi-team program experience.
Engineering-team fluency.
