About the Opportunity
ZipStaff is seeking a Senior SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant with strong Business Analyst skills for maintenance operations in asset-intensive industry.
You will configure SAP PM, run workshops, own PM master data and cutover, and translate plant-maintenance processes into working SAP solutions. This is an 8-year PM configuration and BA seat—not a ticket-only support role.
What You’ll Do:
- Configure and support SAP PM: breakdown, corrective, preventive, and work-order management.
- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap, process workshops, and solution design.
- Design and maintain PM master data: equipment, functional locations, BOMs, task lists, maintenance plans, measurement points.
- Execute data migration, cutover, and mass updates (LSMW and related tools).
- Recommend process improvements for maintenance effectiveness and asset reliability.
- Partner with technical teams on RICEFW, testing, and deployment.
- Support PM integration with systems such as Meridium, Primavera, and Prometheus.
- Develop PM reporting: MTTR, MTBR, cost analysis, material availability, breakdown analysis.
- Document requirements, functional specs, process flows, and test scenarios.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years SAP PM implementation and support.
- Strong SAP PM configuration.
- PM master-data architecture, data migration, and cutover.
- Maintenance business processes and asset-management practices.
- RICEFW and cross-functional delivery.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work on-site 5 days per week in Parsippany, NJ.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oil & gas, refining, energy, or manufacturing.
- SAP MM, PS, CO, or QM integration with PM.
- Prometheus Scheduling, Primavera, Meridium / APM.
- SAP S/4HANA Asset Management or mobility.
- SAP Business AI / Joule / Signavio exposure (not required).
