About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is seeking an experienced Senior ORMB Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) for a global technology services firm.
ZipStaff is seeking an experienced Senior ORMB Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) for a global technology services firm.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with billing and revenue management solutions, system configuration, requirements analysis, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and process optimization. This is a 6-month+ hybrid engagement in Hoboken, New Jersey, with video interview.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead implementation and support of ORMB billing and revenue management solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to revenue and billing.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure, test, and deploy ORMB solutions.
- Develop and maintain complex billing workflows and revenue management processes.
- Troubleshoot billing discrepancies and support revenue reconciliation.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities for billing-process improvement and automation.
- Maintain solution design, process, and operational documentation.
- Support compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in revenue and billing management systems, with strong hands-on ORMB functional expertise.
- Proven experience with ORMB configuration, implementation, and complex billing workflows.
- Hands-on ability in revenue management, reconciliation, requirements gathering and analysis, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong billing-system troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
- Ability to work hybrid in Hoboken, NJ (video interview required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading ORMB implementation or support workstreams.
- Background supporting complex financial or regulated revenue and billing processes.
- Familiarity with process automation opportunities in billing and revenue management.
- Exposure to both functional and technical aspects of ORMB.
