Location: Raleigh, NC (On-site)
Employment Type: Contract (W2 through ZipStaff — No C2C or 1099)

About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is seeking an experienced JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in JDE CNC Administration, Tools Release upgrades, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), WebLogic, Oracle Database, and production support for a global technology services firm.
The consultant will be responsible for managing and supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments, performing upgrades and deployments, maintaining system performance and availability, and supporting cloud-hosted JDE infrastructure. This is a 6-month on-site engagement in Raleigh, North Carolina.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage day-to-day JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC administration.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot JDE environments.
  • Manage package builds, deployments, ESUs, ASUs, and application updates.
  • Perform environment creation, cloning, refresh, and Path Code/OCM configuration.
  • Execute JDE Tools Release (TR) upgrades, including planning, implementation, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and support JDE environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Administer Enterprise Server, Deployment Server, HTML Server, AIS Server, and WebLogic.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct health checks, and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Support backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery activities.
  • Manage JDE security, users, and role configurations.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support for Service Requests and issue resolution.
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Identify automation opportunities using JDE Orchestrator and AI technologies.

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC Administration.
  • Proven expertise in JDE Tools Release upgrades, package builds & deployments, ESU/ASU deployment, and Path Code & OCM configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Database, and Oracle WebLogic.
  • Experience administering AIS / HTML / Enterprise / Deployment Servers.
  • Strong production support, performance tuning, security administration, and high availability/disaster recovery skills.
  • Ability to manage incident, problem, and change processes.
  • Ability to work on-site in Raleigh, NC.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with JDE Orchestrator, AIS integrations, Business Services (BSSV), REST APIs/Web Services, or third-party application integrations.
  • Background in cloud migration or modernization of JDE environments.
  • Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry experience or GxP validation in regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled process automation.
  • Project planning, governance, risk, schedule, and change management experience.
