About the Opportunity
ZipStaff is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a large-scale pricing transformation at a major healthcare distribution and life-sciences organization.
You will pull together dual-run testing (legacy JDE vs. cloud Pricing 2.0 on GCP), a Pricing Engine Enabler API cutover (MuleSoft → Spring Boot), and vendor execution. You do not need to write code. You do need to run technical delivery in a matrix.
What You’ll Do
- Drive ~12 weeks of dual-run testing: legacy JDE pricing vs. Pricing 2.0 on GCP; own defect workflow and daily replication-pipeline ops
- Manage the Pricing Engine Enabler across ~10 technical teams (MuleSoft → Spring Boot APIs; JDE on-prem / JDE cloud / new APIs)
- Oversee vendor day-to-day deliverables, risks, and accountability (no SOW ownership)
- Run PMO governance: Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence, RAID, dependency maps, executive status; blend waterfall schedules with SAFe ARTs
- Facilitate weekly working sessions and status calls; clear blockers and hit holiday-freeze cutover windows
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years IT project management on complex enterprise programs
- Led cloud/data integration or API migration (Spring Boot/MuleSoft, GCP, or similar)
- Hands-on Smartsheet and Jira/Confluence
- Cross-functional delivery across multiple dev teams and external vendors (e.g., Big 4)
- Working fluency with APIs/middleware, cloud platforms, and ERP context (not hands-on engineering)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BSA background before PM
- SAFe, ARTs, PI planning
- JDE or other ERP module decoupling
- Commercial pricing, finance transformation, or e-commerce
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist
- Exposure to GCP, Spring Boot, MuleSoft, GoldenGate, JDE, Salesforce
