About the Opportunity:

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement a centralized identity-provider framework using SAML 2.0 and OIDC for SSO and MFA.
• Build identity lifecycle workflows and onboard applications via REST APIs.
• Establish and enforce Role-Based Access Control, separation of duties, and certification campaigns.
• Integrate IAM across platforms; support IGA, Access Management, and Privileged Access Services.
• Implement and operate SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (user access reviews and application integrations).
• Automate provisioning and reporting with PowerShell and Python.
• Assess IAM technologies, maintain technical documentation, and support Directory, IAM services, servers, and databases.
• Partner with security and IT on consistent IAM practice.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years IAM platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation, and scripting.
• 8+ years application onboarding / integrating business apps with IAM.
• 5+ years designing RBAC, enforcing SoD, and running certification campaigns.
• 5+ years managing a centralized IdP and configuring SSO and MFA.
• 3+ years SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (implementation, access reviews, app integrations).
• 3+ years Privileged Access Management.
• 3+ years automating provisioning and reporting with PowerShell and Python.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years with a state government agency.
• Broader IGA / PAM platform exposure beyond SailPoint.
