About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer for the GenAI Discovery and Prototyping team at a global agriculture and food company.
You will deliver a platform upgrade that connects enterprise data pipelines, LLMs, and rapid application prototypes. This is a true full-stack delivery seat: C# on the back end, React + TypeScript on the front end, with secure ingest, validation, and return of LLM outputs in an enterprise environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Build scalable application layers in C# and React / TypeScript.
- Design software that securely ingests, validates, processes, and returns LLM outputs.
- Connect enterprise data pipelines to prototype and production-bound GenAI apps.
- Work across multiple staging environments in a secure data environment.
- Deliver rapidly in a prototyping team inside a mature enterprise.
- Collaborate as platform requirements change.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years professional software engineering; senior full-stack delivery.
- Strong C# back-end development.
- Strong React with TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience building applications powered by generative AI / LLMs.
- Treats LLMs as statistical tools—prompting plus engineering (validation, grounding, error handling), not demo-only chat UIs.
- Comfortable in secure enterprise data environments and multi-stage promotion.
- Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enterprise data-pipeline integration.
- Experience taking GenAI prototypes toward reliable internal platforms.
- Fast iteration without dropping security or code quality.
