About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is seeking a Senior Project Manager for clinical and business application transformation at a major healthcare and health-services organization.
You will run assigned capability projects with IT Capability Leaders, Account Leaders, delivery teams, and vendors. This is a healthcare IT PM seat with non-negotiable healthcare project time—not a generic coordinator role.
What You’ll Do:
- Facilitate implementation of clinical and business applications in a healthcare setting.
- Partner with IT Capability Leaders, Account Leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
- Report timeline and progress deviations to business and technology stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risk.
- Keep execution status current in ServiceNow (timelines, milestones, deliverables).
- Align project teams to business priorities.
- Prepare planned vs. actual resource-allocation inputs.
- Run routine project meetings, reviews, and ad-hoc sessions.
- Identify and coordinate cross-project and cross-team dependencies.
- Track workstreams and information flow against healthcare IT workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years IT project management.
- 2+ years project management in a healthcare setting.
- 2+ years managing technical healthcare projects (clinical apps, non-clinical apps, or infrastructure).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP.
- Hands-on ServiceNow.
- Strong multi-channel communication.
- Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day PM work.
