About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is seeking a Senior Cost-Benefit Analysis Analyst for a major healthcare organization in Minneapolis.
You will stand up a repeatable CBA capability for strategic investments: build defensible business cases, financial models, and value stories with business, operations, analytics, finance, and technology partners. This is a 7-year modeling and stakeholder seat—not an Excel-only reporting job.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end cost-benefit analyses for strategic initiatives and capital investments.
- Build standard CBA frameworks, templates, and methods.
- Partner with business, operations, analytics, finance, and technology SMEs to identify value drivers and quantify benefits.
- Coordinate data collection, validation, and analysis across supporting teams.
- Build transparent financial models and assumptions that survive finance and governance review.
- Drive CBA workstreams: risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
- Align stakeholders on methodology and projected outcomes.
- Present findings to senior leaders and governance bodies.
- Run multiple analyses in parallel and deliver executive-ready recommendations on time.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years in business analysis, consulting, finance, value realization, or related work.
- Proven complex financial models and quantified business value (ROI, cost savings, productivity, benefit realization).
- Advanced Excel, data analysis, and executive communication.
- Strong project and stakeholder management across competing priorities.
- Ability to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Capital funding requests, business cases, or investment prioritization.
- Healthcare operations (claims, prior authorization, clinical, or service operations).
- Partnering with finance and governance.
- Consulting background or experience building scalable operating. models.
