Job Title: SAP Project Manager – ECC / S/4HANA
Location: Reno, NV (Hybrid / On-site)
Employment Type: Contract (W2 through ZipStaff — No C2C or 1099)

About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead enterprise SAP transformation and enhancement programs within a manufacturing environment for a global technology services firm.
The ideal candidate will possess strong program delivery experience in SAP ECC landscapes, stakeholder management expertise, and proven success managing large-scale SAP initiatives. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformations is highly desirable. This is a hybrid/on-site role in Reno, Nevada.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead end-to-end SAP program and project delivery across ECC and related enterprise applications.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive governance, steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.
  • Manage cutover planning, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.
  • Collaborate with business leadership to align SAP initiatives with manufacturing objectives.
  • Support SAP S/4HANA assessment, roadmap planning, and transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
  • 12–15 years of SAP delivery experience with at least 5 years in project/program management.
  • Proven experience delivering SAP ECC implementation, rollout, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
  • Experience managing global and geographically distributed teams.
  • Expertise in project planning tools and governance frameworks.
  • Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to work hybrid/on-site in Reno, NV.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP S/4HANA project exposure.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working with manufacturing organizations.
  • Background supporting cutover, hypercare, and transition to support for large SAP programs.
