About the Opportunity:

ZipStaff is hiring an Oracle Sales Cloud App Support Analyst for our client, a global professional services and technology consulting leader. As the onshore Tier 2/Tier 3 support analyst for an enterprise Oracle CX Sales Cloud platform, you will deliver day-to-day functional and technical support, operational stability and system enhancements, serving as the key liaison between Sales, Sales Operations and Commercial Leadership stakeholders and offshore development and infrastructure teams. The interview process is two rounds: one technical and one team fit. Candidates working Eastern Time hours are preferred.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary onshore Tier 2/Tier 3 escalation point for user inquiries, defects, system alerts and enhancement requests related to Oracle CX Sales Cloud.
Triage, troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues within defined SLAs, and conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) for recurring defects.
Coordinate incident resolution and operational work with offshore support and development teams.
Perform Oracle CX Sales Cloud administration, including role-based security configuration, user provisioning, territory management and data imports/exports.
Use Application Composer and Page Composer to configure standard and custom objects, fields, validation rules and page layouts, and write Groovy scripts.
Monitor scheduled processes, background jobs and error logs to maintain system health and data integrity.
Support Oracle quarterly patch analysis, regression testing and validation of new features.
Partner with sales operations, marketing and commercial teams to gather requirements, and translate them into functional designs, configuration specifications and test scripts.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-user training and adoption.
Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with ERP, CPQ, marketing automation and data warehouse systems via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs.
Support data governance, including duplicate resolution, bulk updates and data cleansing using FBDI and Import Management.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience supporting, configuring and administering Oracle CX Sales Cloud (formerly Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud / Oracle Engagement Cloud).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
Solid understanding of Lead-to-Opportunity and Quote-to-Order processes, Account/Contact management, Opportunity forecasting and Territory/Quota management.
Proficiency with Application Composer, Page Composer and Groovy scripting for custom business logic.
Experience with Oracle Security Console, custom job/data roles and duty assignments.
Experience monitoring integrations via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP web services.
Familiarity with Oracle Import Management and FBDI.
Experience in a hybrid onshore/offshore model with strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Cloud CX Sales Implementation Specialist certification.
Experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud or Oracle ERP Cloud.
Working knowledge of BI Publisher and OTBI for ad-hoc queries, reports and dashboards.
Experience in an ITIL-aligned environment using ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy.
