About the Opportunity:

ZipStaff is hiring an Oracle Product Ops Manager / Technical Manager for our client, a global IT services and consulting firm. This is a 100% remote role leading technical delivery across Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP Financials), Oracle EPM Cloud and FDI reporting, working closely with tech leads, senior developers and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

Provide technical leadership for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP Financials), EPM Cloud and FDI initiatives.
Work with tech leads and senior developers while staying hands-on in critical solution decisions.
Partner with business leaders, functional SMEs, architects, vendors and client stakeholders.
Troubleshoot complex cross-application and integration issues.
Evaluate technical approaches based on scalability, maintainability, cost and delivery timelines.
Mentor team members and improve overall delivery quality.

Required Qualifications:

14+ years of overall IT experience with substantial experience in Oracle enterprise applications and technical delivery.
Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, preferably ERP Financials (Oracle SaaS - Finance).
Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud and FDI reports.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
