Job Title: Oracle OneStream Consultant
Location: San Antonio, TX (Remote)
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Duration: 6 months

About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is hiring an Oracle OneStream Consultant (primary skill: OneStream EPM, 7 years experience) for a 100% remote contract supporting financial consolidation, close, planning and reporting solutions, working directly with Finance leadership and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
  • Gather requirements, design solutions, implement and provide production support for OneStream EPM/CPM.
  • Deliver Financial Consolidation, Close, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting and Financial Analytics.
  • Build OneStream Business Rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflows and Data Management.
  • Integrate data using SQL, APIs and flat files.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations with Finance leadership and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7 years of experience in EPM/CPM solutions.
  • 3 years of hands-on experience with OneStream XF.
  • Strong experience in Financial Consolidation, Close, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting and Financial Analytics.
  • Expertise in OneStream Business Rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflows and Data Management.
  • Data integrations using SQL, APIs and flat files.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting processes (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, implementation and production support.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation and collaboration skills; self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have:
  • OneStream Certifications.
  • Experience with OneStream MarketPlace Solutions.
  • Knowledge of Hyperion, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP BPC or TM1 migrations.
  • Exposure to Azure, Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience leading offshore/onshore teams.
