About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Integration Lead specializing in Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards to lead and manage comprehensive HCM implementations and integrations for a global technology services firm.

This is a 6-month remote assignment focused on leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards modules, including Data Loader, Payroll Interface, Time and Labor, and Benefits Cloud. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, strong integration leadership, and the ability to drive quality, testing, and continuous improvement while mentoring junior consultants. This is a 100% remote role.

What You’ll Do:

Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
Manage integration points such as Data Loader, Payroll Interface, Time and Labor, and Benefits Cloud.
Conduct detailed analysis and troubleshooting of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll and Benefits processes.
Oversee testing activities, including functional and regression testing, to validate system configurations and customizations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to empower clients and internal teams.
Drive quality assurance and compliance adherence throughout project lifecycles.
Lead workshops and client meetings to communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Support presales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations related to Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards.
Mentor and support junior consultants in technical and functional aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM releases and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience leading design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards modules.
Proven expertise with Oracle Cloud HCM Data Loader, Payroll Interface, Time and Labor, and Benefits Cloud.
Experience managing integration points across HCM modules and with existing systems.
Experience conducting analysis and troubleshooting of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll and Benefits processes.
Experience overseeing functional and regression testing for Oracle Cloud HCM configurations and customizations.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into effective solutions.
Experience developing and delivering training and documentation.
Strong quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement focus within Oracle Cloud HCM.
Ability to mentor junior consultants and provide strategic guidance.
Ability to work 100% remote.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Performance Management.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM testing practices.
Prior experience leading workshops, client meetings, and presales support for Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards.
Background supporting complex HCM implementations and integrations in enterprise environments.
