About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is hiring an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst for our client, a global leader in consumer packaged goods. You will support large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders, end users and IT teams to assess current-state processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and translate business objectives into effective technology-enabled solutions. Salesforce and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is key for this role.
What You'll Do:
- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, prioritization and validation.
- Analyze current- and future-state business processes, identifying gaps, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions and align business and technology stakeholders.
- Support solution design, testing, requirements traceability and implementation readiness.
- Assess business impacts, risks and dependencies associated with transformation initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and help ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business value.
- Provide guidance and leadership in business analysis activities as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive, tenured Business Analysis experience.
- Salesforce and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process experience.
- Experience supporting large, complex business and technology transformations.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational and technology ecosystems.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and influence decisions across business and IT teams.
