This is a functional expert seat at the intersection of compliance, investigations, and data — not an IT project management role.

  • Evaluate investigation workflows and reporting methods and propose improvements for data integrity and governance.
  • Provide analytical support and strategic guidance to internal audit, legal, and compliance partners on high-significance trends and risk exposure.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in compliance, investigations, ethics, or risk analytics in a corporate environment.
  • Hands-on experience as a functional administrator or subject matter expert for EthicsPoint (or a comparable case-management / ethics hotline platform).
  • Proven ability to analyze complex investigations data, identify trends, and produce executive-level risk reporting.
  • Experience presenting metrics and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Strong judgment on data integrity, reporting governance, and regulatory alignment.
  • Cross-functional partnership with legal, compliance, and internal audit.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience optimizing or customizing EthicsPoint workflows and reporting.
  • Background supporting internal investigations or ethics programs.

Benefits:
  • Health Insurance.
  • Dental Insurance.
  • Vision Insurance.
  • 401(k) + 401(k) matching.
  • Paid time off.
  • Referral Program.
