About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is seeking an EDP Change Enablement Analyst to support the Enterprise Data Platform program at a leading specialty retailer.
You will execute change enablement and communications under the Change Enablement Lead — stakeholder engagement, change-impact documentation, and enablement deliverables for released EDP data products. Success is measured by readiness, adoption, and trust sentiment. This is not a data-engineering or project-coordinator seat.
What You'll Do:
- Execute change enablement and communications for the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) program.
- Translate approved change and communication strategies into day-to-day action.
- Engage key stakeholders across the business and technology teams.
- Participate in data product design sessions.
- Document change impacts for EDP data products.
- Produce enablement and communication deliverables.
- Support organizational readiness, adoption, and trust sentiment for released data products.
- Work with direction from the Change Enablement Lead.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of change enablement, organizational change, or internal communications experience on technology programs.
- Proven experience turning change / communication strategy into stakeholder engagement and deliverables.
- Experience documenting change impacts and producing enablement materials.
- Comfort working in data, analytics, or platform-program environments (data-product context).
- Strong written communication and stakeholder-facing skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Freeport, ME.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior work on data-platform, analytics, or enterprise data-product rollouts.
- Retail, consumer, or multi-channel business environment.
- Familiarity with adoption / readiness / sentiment measurement.
- Experience supporting a Change Enablement Lead on a large program.
