Job Title: Data Cloud Integration Product Manager
Location: East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid — 3 days on-site, 2 remote)
Employment Type: Contract (W2 through ZipStaff — No C2C or 1099)
About the Opportunity
ZipStaff is seeking a Data Cloud Integration Product Manager for the US CRM organization at a global pharmaceutical company.
You will own the enterprise integration capability that brings governed, reusable data into Salesforce Data Cloud and makes shared data products available across Data Spaces. This is a data-product ownership seat — not a pipeline-coder role and not a classic CRM admin role.
What You’ll Do:
- Convert requests for new Data Streams and enterprise analytics views into prioritized pipeline work.
- Define reusable integration patterns so Data Spaces do not rebuild the same feeds.
- Specify Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, batch data transforms, calculated insights, and cross-space reporting models to enterprise standards.
- Own schema mapping, data contracts, lineage, and source-to-target reconciliation.
- Coordinate architecture, engineering, QA, source-system owners, and business product teams through sprint and PI planning.
- Keep refresh, stability, monitoring, and support expectations visible, including incidents, defects, and technical debt.
- Explain architecture trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and hold privacy and compliance constraints in the backlog.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in product management, data integration, data engineering, platform delivery, or technical product ownership.
- Data integration: APIs, batch and streaming pipelines, transformation, data contracts, schema mapping, lineage, observability, and data quality.
- Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud: Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, data modeling, identity-resolution dependencies, calculated insights, and activation.
- Agile backlog ownership across architects, engineers, analysts, QA, source owners, and business product teams.
- Bachelor’s in data, technology, business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Ability to work hybrid in East Hanover, NJ (3 days on-site).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce, Snowflake or a comparable cloud data platform, Veeva, CRM integration, and enterprise analytics.
- CI/CD, DevOps, metadata management, data cataloging, and production support.
- Pharma, life sciences, or another regulated, data-intensive industry.
- Advanced degree.
Benefits:
- Health Insurance.
- Dental Insurance.
- Vision Insurance.
- 401(k).
- 401(k) matching.
- Paid time off.
- Referral Program.
