Job Title: Cogito Administrator (SQL Server / SSIS / Snowflake)
Location: Remote (U.S.; Eden Prairie, MN time zone preferred)
Employment Type: Contract (W2 through ZipStaff — No C2C or 1099)

About the Opportunity

ZipStaff is seeking a Cogito / Data Warehouse Administrator for a major healthcare organization expanding its cloud data platform.

You will administer SQL Server and SSIS while supporting Snowflake. Epic Cogito is the stated platform. This is a warehouse admin seat, not a report-writer seat.

What You’ll Do:

Administer Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS for warehouse and integration workloads.
Support Snowflake as the cloud data platform grows.
Keep pipelines, jobs, and platform operations ready for future initiatives.
Partner with analytics and platform teams on reliability and expansion work.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years data warehouse / database administration or equivalent.
Strong Microsoft SQL Server.
Strong SSIS.
Hands-on Snowflake.
Experience supporting a production warehouse or analytics platform (not desktop SQL only).
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

Epic Cogito administration (Caboodle, Clarity, SlicerDicer, Cogito tools).
Healthcare or payer analytics platforms.
Cloud data-platform expansion / migration work.
