About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is seeking an AI Architect to design and implement enterprise Glean deployments for a global technology services firm.
You will architect Glean against enterprise content sources, ingestion pipelines, APIs, identity, and AWS. This is a client-facing architecture seat with hands-on implementation—not a prompt-only GenAI role.
What You’ll Do:
- Architect scalable enterprise AI solutions on Glean, including data/content sources, ingestion pipelines, APIs, and AWS.
- Lead Glean solution design, configuration, and implementation from business use cases.
- Design integration patterns for ingestion, connectors, search/indexing, identity, permissions, and access control.
- Define security, governance, scalability, and operational standards for enterprise Glean.
- Guide AI engineers through build, integration, test, deploy, and troubleshooting.
- Partner with client architecture, cloud, security, and application teams on environment setup and production readiness.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years enterprise architecture, cloud architecture, or AI/search platform delivery.
- Hands-on Glean solution design and implementation (or equivalent enterprise AI search / RAG platform you can map to Glean).
- Enterprise search, GenAI / LLM concepts, APIs, and integrations.
- AWS cloud architecture.
- Architecture governance for security, identity, and access control.
- Strong client-facing architecture skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Production Glean connectors, indexing, and permission models.
- Oracle AI / chatbot platforms.
- Large multi-team enterprise rollouts of search or knowledge assistants.
